Fistule colo-cutanée d’origine allantoïde chez un adulte

Prérequis : Le kyste de l’ouraque est rare chez adulte, la fistulisation au tube digestif est exceptionnelle.
But : Rapporter un cas de kyste de l’ouraque fistulisé au sigmoïde et à la peau.
Observation : Un adulte âgé de 51 ans consulte pour un écoulement fécaloïde par l’ombilic ; le diagnostic de kyste de l’ouraque a été confirmé par le scanner. Le patient a eu une résection en monoblo du kyste, du sigmoïde et du dôme vésical.
Conclusion : La fistulisation du kyste de l’ouraque dans le colon est exceptionnelle ; sa prise en charge est complexe.
