Les Sarcomes à localisation ORL. (A propos de 3 Observations)

Prérequis : Les sarcomes de la tête et du cou sont des cancers ORL rares, très hétérogènes, et à localisation ubiquitaire.
But : Nous rapportons trois cas de sarcomes à localisation ORL colligés au service ORL hôpital militaire d’instruction de Tunis.
Nous nous proposons de rappeler les aspects épidémio-cliniques, histologiques et évolutifs ainsi que les modalités thérapeutiques de ces tumeurs.
Observations: L’étude a concerné une jeune fille de 22ans et deux hommes âgés respectivement de 36 et 76 ans. Il s’agit d’un rhabdomyosarcome orbitaire, d’un chondrosarcome maxillaire et d’un carcinosarcome submandibulaire.
Le diagnostic anatomopathologique a été confirmé par l’étude immunohistochimique. Tous nos patients ont bénéficié d’une exérèse chirurgicale de leur tumeur. L’indication d’une radiochimiothérapie complémentaire a été posée dans tous les cas.
Conclusion : les sarcomes de la tête et du cou sont très agressifs et de mauvais pronostic étant donné leur potentiel important d’extension locorégionale, de métastase à distance et de récidive tumorale.
