Cystadénome séreux microkystique du pancréas

Prérequis : Les tumeurs kystiques séreuses du pancréas sont soit bénignes (cystadénome séreux) soit malignes (cystadénocarcinome séreux). En se basant sur l’aspect macroscopique, les cystadénomes séreux sont subdivisés en microkystiques et en oligokystiques ou macrokystiques.
But: Report d’une nouvelle observation d’un cystadénome séreux microkystique en insistant sur les difficultés rencontrées pour poser ce diagnostic malgré que son diagnostic radiologique paraisse plus facile que pour les autres variantes.
Observation: Nous rapportons le cas d’une femme âgée de 84 ans présentant un cystadénome séreux microkystique du pancréas confirmé à l’examen histologique après une échographie et un scanner non concluants.
Conclusion: Ce travail décrit cette rare entité et montre que son diagnostic est toujours basé sur l’examen anatomopathologique de la tumeur après sa résection chirurgicale.
