Validation de la version tunisienne du questionnaire de la qualité de vie dans les maladies inflammatoires chroniques de l'intestin

Prérequis : L’évaluation systématique de la qualité de vie est indispensable dans la prise en charge des patients atteints de maladies inflammatoires chronique de l’intestin (MICI).But : Traduire en arabe dialectal tunisien la version anglaise de l’ « inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire » (UK-IBDQ) et la valider en étudiant ses qualités psychométriques: validité, habilité discriminative, fiabilité et sensibilité aux changements.
méthodes : 80 patients tunisiens atteints de MICI ont rempli la version tunisienne de l’IBDQ (T-IBDQ), une échelle visuelle analogique, le SF-36, l’indice de Harvey-Bradshaw pour la maladie de crohn, et l’indice simple clinical colitis activity pour la rectocolite hémorragique.
résultats : Le T-IBDQ comportait dans sa version finale 5 domaines. La validité interne des items était satisfaisante pour tous les malades. Le T-IBDQ était corrélé aux scores de SF-36, de l’échelle visuelle analogique et aux scores d’indices d’activités des MICI. Le T-IBDQ distinguait entre une maladie active et une maladie inactive. Il était aussi sensible aux changements de l’activité de la maladie.
Conclusion : Nous avons validé dans ce travail une version arabe dialectale tunisienne de l’IBDQ : le T-IBDQ. Sa validité, son habilité discriminative, sa fiabilité et sa sensibilité aux changements ont été démontrés.
